How calls are counted
Each successful call uses the credits of its module from your plan, the same as a lookup on the website.

Frequently asked questions
Which plan is right for me?
Free lets you try OsintCat. Pay as you go opens every module and you pay only for the lookups you run. The monthly plans include a fixed amount of lookups each month for a lower price per lookup, and Researcher and up include the API. The comparison above lists every module and limit by plan.
What are usage limits, and what happens when I reach mine?
Each plan includes an amount of lookups (shown on its card). When they are used up, you can keep going from your balance at the pay-as-you-go price if you allow it in Billing, wait for the next refill, or move to a larger plan. Lookups that fail are not counted.
What is a credit?
Most lookups cost one credit. A few modules that cost us more to run cost several credits per lookup; the API tab lists each one.
What does fair use on Max mean?
Max has no fixed number of lookups. To keep the service fast for everyone, very heavy use is slowed down for a short while instead of being blocked.
Is there a lifetime plan?
Yes: you pay once and keep it. It includes a generous monthly allowance under fair use; the API is not part of it.
Can I pay yearly, and does it cost less?
Yes. Paying for 12 months at once saves about 20% compared with paying monthly; 3- and 6-month lengths are available at checkout too.
How can I pay?
By card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, several local payment methods, crypto, or from your OsintCat balance and gift codes.
Can I get an invoice for my company?
Yes. Add your company name, address and VAT number at checkout or in Billing, and every invoice shows them. You can also correct the details on an invoice later.
Do you offer refunds?
A plan starts as soon as it is paid, so payments are not refundable once used, as our Terms explain. If something went wrong with a payment, write to [email protected] and we will look at it.
How do I upgrade or downgrade?
Choose another plan on this page or in Billing. Upgrades start right away and you pay only the difference for the rest of the period; a smaller plan starts when the current period ends.
How do I cancel?
In Billing, at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew.
Can I give a plan to someone else?
Yes. Buy a gift code for any plan or an amount of balance in the Store and send it to whoever you like.
